Adding Items to the Shopping Cart
To add any item to your shopping cart, just click o­n the "Buy Now" button displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later via "View Cart" or during the "Checkout" process.

Changing Quantities
If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product and click o­n "Update" button. You will see the updated cart momentarily.

Checking Out
When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click o­n "Checkout" to send us your order. You will then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information (unless you are already a registered customer). We will receive your order immediately and will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. It's that easy! The confirmation will also contain a special offer.

ENABLING COOKIES

On a PC:

All payment option are displayed during the Checkout process. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, JCB, and American Express. You may also pay by check or money order drawn o­n a U.S. bank when placing your order by mail. Wire transfers in U.S. Dollars o­nly are also acceptable (must be received before order is shipped).

Please note that all product and shipping charges to international destinations, must be prepaid in U.S. certified funds (wire transfer, Check or Money Order drawn o­n a U.S. bank)

SHIPPING

Regardless of how much you order, Shipping & Handling is just US$5.95 per order for shipments within the Continental United States and only US$7.77 for shipments to U.S. Virgin Islands,  Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and other U.S. offshore territories. 

We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to additional charges depending on your destination. Generally, in order to get your shipping costs down to US$3-4 per item, you need to order more than six (6) items. For large orders we may consider shipping for less or even for free. Please contact our Shipping Department to get your rate quote.

While we do everything we can to ensure the fastest delivery of your order, Kinetro will not be liable for any seasonal or other postal delays, loss in the mail, customs charges, any and all additional destination expenses, seizures or returns.

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The following general rules and restrictions apply:

• Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. Kinetro does not provide this information.

• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

• Unless arranged by a Kinetro distributor in your country/region, 100% prepayment is required for all orders outside of the United States. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, personal or corporate check in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

• You pay shipping charges based o­n the weight of the package and the destination.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Kinetro.com guarantees your privacy. We are a Secure Site, which means your confidential information is also protected.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable that your purchase is transacted with the utmost security. We employ the Internet's strongest security technologies, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and VeriSign. The transactions are protected by the highest levels of encryption currently available to ensure security and privacy. The information is encrypted o­n your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded o­n Kinetro.com's secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Kinetro will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. Kinetro will o­nly cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Kinetro.com while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

OFFLINE ORDERING METHODS

It is easy, secure and cheaper to place your order online. We keep your contact and shipping information in our database for your convenience so you do not need to fill it in manually. In fact, online transactions are completely paperless.

RETURN POLICY

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price less 10% restocking fee, or exchanged within 60 days for other Kinetro’s products without any fees, except for the cost of shipping and handling.
